MMA Cleaning Kit

Diebold Nixdorf’s MMA cleaning kit is designed to quickly and effectively remove debris that builds up with normal use. Routine cleaning will ensure that critical components including cameras, sensors, belts and rollers within the primary pathway are able to process the user’s transaction correctly as expected.

Package Includes:

• Auto-clean cards for: Input/Output module, Alignment module, Scanner module, Return transport and Escrow transport

• Deposit cards for entire pathway

• Pinpoint swab for Input/Output sensors

• KICPad for additional manual cleaning of pathways and transport rollers

• Lint free dry cloth for all areas

Suitable For Use On: MMA (Mixed Media Acceptors) - Most commonly found in CS Series, Diebold Series.

Suggested Frequency of Use: Starting recommendation is to clean an MMA unit every 1-3 months.  Location, environment, traffic and usage of the module can impact the frequency. If visible debris is built up on rollers or you’re experiencing repeat calls, it is recommended that you perform a cleaning using this kit. 

Instructions: Each kit includes an instruction sheet. Each individual pack includes step by step instructions including imagery for handling, software prompts and a QR codes for video demonstrations. An additional full start to finish training video is included on the instruction sheet.
